Introduction
The Personal Value Profile or the PVP forms the basis of C-VAT and its diagnostic applications. Depending on how data is managed, you can utilize the PVP on an individual level or connect it with more data.
Product Description
The PVP consists of 20 questions that a person answers to reveal his inner values or traits. Every person’s behavior and performance are driven by the traits that they possess. Knowing these values is very important in foretelling how the candidate is likely to behave and whether he would do well in a particular job function. Other applications of the PVP include team building, relationship management, coaching and counseling, just to name a few.

- Single questionnaire with twenty statements.
- Candidates are required to place the statement they would choose first as 1, followed by 2, 3 and the least likely as 4.
- The online version can be deployed either through the administrator’s computer or sent as an email for the Candidate to complete.
